Poor Response to Cancellation

I ordered 2 recliners. I immediately canceled the order (within 5 minutes). I did this through a customer service rep at Wayfair. The cancellation was pending with the vendor shipping the chairs. I heard nothing further until today when I received an email says the recliners had been shipped! I called Wayfair who told me the vendor had refused the cancellation! Now I have to refuse the shipment and Wayfairs policy is that I have to pay to ship them back! I am not a happy camper!! User's recommendation: Be very careful when ordering.
