Our cabinets are less than 2 years old. There are only two of us in the house kids are grown and gone. The wastebasket cabinet slides have failed they no longer close without pushing it closed. Two of the draws in a base cabinet no longer close soft closers failed on one side of each so they close cocked. The microwave side panel has warped as well a couple or so upper cabinet doors. I don't think they would have even held up this long if we where a family of four our five with kids. The hardware quality is no better than builder grade at best. They can say what they want about the quality but the proof is they don't last.
