Poor Hotel Customer Service

I stayed at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson on Rockbridge Road in Stone Mountain, GA. The hotel charged my debi/credit card twice in error. When I called to inform the hotel, they said it was in error. This caused my account to overdraft. I called the General Manager and was told that it was my banks fault. I was told they would not reimburse my overdraft fees. I asked for the headquarters phone number which was really customer service. I called several times trying to get the phone number and no one knew the phone number. I asked for the address and when I Google the address, the property comes up as a building that is for sale. My experience at this hotel was a nightmare and I will never stay there again. I will let as many people as I can know to avoid this Country Inn location. The front desk clerk admitted that she made an error. I have bank documentation to prove the error but they refused to compensate me. Their error pulled over $400 from my other account to cover my overdrafts. I was also left with $0.00 from both of my accounts because of this error. Even though I was treated poorly, this matter made my vacation a disaster. I was on vacation with NO MONEY because of their error. Please stay away from this hotel, they definitely DO NOT put their customers first. I will continue to let any and everyone know about this hotels’ poor customer service. DO NOT STAY THERE!!!
