POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH ISSUES!!

I ordered a product from Nike, a very reputable company, on the 14th of March and was advised on the 17th that the product was no longer available and that a refund had been issued. To date, March 20th that refund has not been done on Walmart's part. I called Nike and they show a zero transaction. When I called Walmart and after being disconnected and having to call back, was told that the money would not be put back on the card until the March 29th. When I asked why so long, the gentleman told me it was Nike that was the hold up. I have dealt with Nike for many years and NEVER have I had this issue for refunds. User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY OR USE WALMART DEBIT CARDS.
