Poor customer service and technical website fraud.

Your finances are great. Your customer service sucks! Your company needs to come out of the dark ages and come up to the 21st-century so your customers can pay their bills on time and in a timely matter which benefit your company and the customer. Everything runs on credit now days and you guys are ruining peoples credit. We can’t get a hold of nobody. And it depends what company you’re talking to like I was talking to Connexes credit union and they were very rude and I’m noxious all I wanted to know is what was the difference between the next credit union and aqua finance, also why do I have A checking account opened up in my name without my permission. I didn’t not know who to make a payment to, I was just a confused customer. I made a payment by check once I got aqua finance bill. That took for ever to clear through my bank. And the next month when I went to go make a payment I find out that the connexus credit union account I had has been hacked. So you can imagine I was very mad and upset. I wrote them an upset email have not heard back from them and told them to close that account because I was not going to pay make a payment to our account that was not secured. I did not want know how long it’s been with no contact and my daughter gets a collection notice because she is the cosigner which made her credit score go down and now she may not get a apartment with her boyfriend so she can move out completely from my home. On the good note she finally got a hold of somebody from aqua finance and they were very nice and courteous to her, and explained everything that I was trying to find out. That should not be that hard to do with the technology of communication we have now days. We are the customers, customer is always right, unless you are in the mindset of that you are in the 20s which were gangsters and basically robbed their customers of their money to pay their loan. Catch your corporation technology fixed immediately so your customers will be happy to pay their bills and no that their bank accounts are safe when we make a payment and only make one payment per month and on time. You expect us to pay our bills on time so we expect you to take it out our checking account on time especially if you happen to be with the company that allows you to pre-set a date to pay your bill. As a customer I love this option because it will take it at the time I get paid and not in between paychecks. Automatic payments do not work because people get paid different dates of the month if you get paid every two weeks that Date rotates.
