Poor customer relations.

My cover arrived damaged. The carrier delivered it in a severe rainstorm, The box was damaged severely by the rain. The cover was damaged during transport. No Box, No Warranty! I get it. However, I asked 4 times, is there a way I can repair it? 4 Times and not even a polite reply. Do yourself a favor, don't deal with online companies. They are hundreds of miles away and just don't care! Buy local, You may pay more. But at least you can have a conversation, And maybe they can help! Online, you have very little control! the box it came aprt as they lifted it lift LIFT BOX, User's recommendation: Do not expect support from online companies.
