Right from when I placed my order for my 82 yr old mother, I had reservations. For I start I could not access the account I set up. I told them to cancel my order and refund, that was in November, The wigs turned up today. I am devastated, they are no where near the style or colour that I ordered. I also had to chase then every week to get them now. They are in China, not wherever they say they are from, and clearly they couldn't care less about customer service. They aren't looking for repeat orders...just mugs like me to rip off once. Please, please, don't use them, they are not worth the heartbreak. I will now have to try a source from a reputable supplier and hope that the right wig turns up in time before my Mother dies. :(
