Original review updated by user Feb 17, 2021 I order a 4 package Himalayan Salt Lamps in mid December, one Lamp had a defective cord and light bulb, 3 of the 4 lamps had a crack since the lamps were not packaged well. I sent two emails and got no response from the company at all. This company does not stand before their products and totally ignores customer service. User's recommendation: Do not purchase from this company.
