I have had no electricity in my room during a snowstorm for two days going on three daysThe phone does not work I cant dial out there are RODENTS I have snow blowing in underneath my door I could build a snowman the tv does not work when it does it freezes and there is so much static you cant see the picture. This is absolutely the worst motel I have ever stayed ion. I cant even speak to a manager because the staff lies about it. If I could rate this dump with minus stars I would give it a minus ten. Furious at the accommodations and complete lack of care by those working at the desk. Nothing has been done or offered to fix this situation no refund offered no other accommodations offered nothing. They wouldnt even let me switch rooms when the phone heater and tv did not work!!! User's recommendation: Never ever stay with red roof inn they suck!
