Called on 7/26/21 around noon. Spoke with three (3) very professional service reps. However, on 2 of the calls when the Customer Service Representative went off-phone to do research the phone connection was lost. This was frustrating because I had to give the same information to all the reps in order for the problem to be researched. I understand phone issues and I respect Wayside protecting my privacy but it was VERY frustrating to repeat all the information every time through no fault of mine. All of the info should have been in a call log with ref to my name &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; order #.
