Warranty not accepted

Bought a Hisense 55television in January 2021 Argos.warranty HIS426****. Screen showing lines down across black oblong at top. Only held television to move no knocks. Hisense wouldnt accept warranty. Not a Happy person. Our insurance say go back to Hisense.Your comments appreciated. Price £549.00

They don’t recognise faults!!! As actual faults.

Good TV but the faults necessitate a return along with completely useless technical support. I am really surprised you are selling the U7B without fully testing the features. The Temperature Control Panel stopped working – its blank

About two weeks ago the light for the temperature control panel outside the fridge door stopped working and now I cannot adjust the temperature accordingly. Also the alarm signal has stopped working. The fridge is only two years old!
