I booked a motel room online because the website was glitchy. We went out of our way to get there, arrived at 1:00 am and the motel was booked. We had to stay in a NASTY motel also owned by Wyndham. I called abs the rep was rude, refused to let me talk to her supervisor. She acted like she did me a favor by credited my account for a motel room that I never was allowed to enter!!! This rat hoke was $20 higher. I was a refund on this nasty place as well! Horrible service from beginning to end.
