I have disputed a charge of $209.99 twice. I have sent proof from UPS that the package in question was never delivered to me or my address, but Synchrony has sided with a foreign company who says they delivered the package to me. Even proof from UPS is not enough for them to take this charge off my bill. I am a senior citizen and losing $209.99 is a hardship on me but if I don't pay it, my credit will be effected. I am so very disappointed in Synchrony bank for backing a foreign company instead of their loyal customer who pays in full every month.
