Pathetic products and after sales service.

In 6 months of purchasing a 5 door kitchen aid- the most expensive mode on the floor, this is what has happened!!!!!!!!- 1. 5 internal parts replaced including critical parts like motherboard 2. 7 visits of engineers who don’t have much knowledge about product and take days to come. 3. Freezer not working 4. Water / Ice dispenser not working 5. Internal lights of refrigerator not working 6. Control panels not working 7. Veggie drawers not working 8. Whole load of Frozen vegetables is damaged as well as perishable items like milk veggies yogurt juices etc Its like nothing is working , no one understands the issue. Their service engineers lack basic skills. One of them scared us and sold us extended warranty for $500 after his first visit. Poor service and extremely pathetic product.
