Not only did I have my personal information stolen but they sent 1 of my bills to the wrong address and I never received it. Instead they sent it to collections. I straightened them out with the correct address and they did it again!!!! 2 years later I get another bill from a collections agency for a second bill they sent to the wrong address and I never received. I am no longer a patient there. I have switched to a much better run organization in Ft. Myers. I suggest you as a patient do the same!!!! User's recommendation: Do not use Genisis/21st Century Oncology. They do not care about you!!!
