Hello, I have raised ticket many many times and your customer service will just reply "we have not received the ticket from custom" and close the ticket. I know you have not received, usually what is your service timeline agreement with custom? If customer complaints you just reply not received and close ticket? Will you not follow up with custom why there is delay? I have logged many many tickets with pos and answer is not received and close ticket. As a customer what is expected from me to speed up this request? Or what you can help to speed up this delivery? Who can I call? I am receiving delivery from other countries from other delivery companies why only pos Malaysia delivery is delayed?
