PARCEL NOT DELIVERED BY ARAMEX SA

dropped off my Parcel at Pick n Pay Boulders, its been over 3 days and no tracking updates, unfortunately i have only just read the recent reviews and had i seen them earlier i would have never used this pathetic service, my parcel is lost and Aramex does not take any responsibility. User's recommendation: DO NOT USE UPDATES.
