Packet meant to go to West Africa was delivered to a company in Doncaster England. Trying to speak to someone was impossible. Promises to transfer call from one section to another absolute lies. Phone calls cost 7p per minute. This company does not wish to speak with its customers and puts up every barrier it can. Rip off. User's recommendation: DO NOT USE.
