Received the item it blew a fuse it took ages to return back to them. They said they would reimburse me for the shipping as they didn'the have returned shipment. They asked me to send a photo how can you send a photo when the thing short circuited. 1st return it got returned to me as no one claimed it. 2nd return my fault sent to the courier companies address by accident. 3rd return received and then no response from company sent complaint to paypal didn't get assistance. But then send demand payment from them got an email from fake name staff of company refusing to refund my funds the item has warranty for 12 months and is fried still no refund. They have gone against consumer protection act now I am trying to make a formal complaintraining do not know where to start. Complete scammers do not buy from them.
