I found this company to be very unsatisfactory. I booked a courier for same day service cost was $70 it was documented that pickup would be around 12pm on Friday 13 August with delivery around 4pm. I rang Allied at 1pm as box had not been picked up and was told your delivery will not be delivered until Monday and would sit in the depot until Monday. I have just rang again at 4.30 as still not picked up to be told driver is about an hour away. Apparently my job was given to a driver and he was paid so another driver could not be reallocated. Will not use again User's recommendation: Will not recommend unreliable.
