Original review updated by user Mar 13, 2021 UHAUL BEACH & SOUTHSIDE I placed an order at uhaul. Did not choose insurance after contacting my insurance company and checking to see if I was covered! They ambushed my son when he picked it up and added insurance on HIS credit card! MY ORDER SAID NO INSURANCE STOP NOW WITH THE INSURANCE SCAM AND GIVE US A REFUND And impossible to call them on the phone about this! And the van was antiquated! Ridiculous!! User's recommendation: Do not pay for their insurance unless your insurance. CO. Says you are not covered!
