Today I returned from Shoppers Drug Mart without my medication. I was told "we ran out" and the medication has not yet been re-ordered. This is now the second time Shoppers Drug Mart at Wellington and Mohawk Road, Hamilton has "run out" of medication. I am at a loss to understand how a pharmacy cannot stock pharmaceuticals in an inventory conscious manner. I have no intention of returning and I will not be using Shoppers Drug Mart for filling my prescriptions when they cannot even keep stock of medications. This is not acceptable for a pharmacy.
