I made a reservation with free cancellation after I canceled it (booking number is 2D836D8) because Covid-19 but the company has stolen my money 176.87 Euros, so I sent many emails and messages also I called that number +90 (850) 5** ** 69 many times but no replying. I wanted to inform people that Otel.com is a fraud company.
