order not shipped and can’t get good customer service

I ordered a jacket that was on sale on December 15th. The website claimed as I was ordering it that it would be shipped in 5-10 business days. It is January 3rd and it still says processing. I tried submitting a report on support center and it would not let me enter in a valid email even though it was requiring a valid email! I tried multiple times on multiple devices. I tried calling the phone number and that didn't work either. I messaged them on Facebook and they said the item wasn't in stock, it was backordered and they couldn't send it to me at this time. I sent follow up questions and was ignored. I said "Hello?" and they started over the message with me as if I had never started talking to them already. I messaged on live chat with an employee through the website and he told me the same thing. However, the jacket I ordered is the first item under the "jackets and coats" link and is still on sale and marketed as a "HOT" item. It also still says it would be shipped in 5-10 business days. If this item isn't in stock and people who have already ordered it are on back order, why would it be the first item offered under that link?! Why would there not be a warning that it was backordered. AND why didn't I, a paying customer, receive an email or warning about the status of my order? This was my first time ordering from Zaful, and I was excited as there are many cute things. However, after this experience paired with awful customer service, I will never order from here again and will be telling everyone I know not too as well.
