Ordered items and paid to have them expedited so they would arrive today for an event tomorrow. Item was out of stock and no one ever contacted me to inform me of this so we could possibly change the order. This company is terrible

VIASAT service culture

VIASAT customer service is unresponsive! The 2-year cooperation agreement expired, new conditions should be agreed. VIASAT customer service connects to the operator who does not respond. If you issue a connection with an operator, then the operator says that can not solve the issue, promised to call back within 2 days. No one calls back. Do not reply to emails! But of course they have managed to send an invoice, even though the cooperation agreement has expired. Looks like a fraud when VISAT wants to continue the previous contract, so avoids communication with the customer. I'm unpleasantly surprised!
