Order cancellation and refunds

I want to update on my issue with Newegg and QuadPay. I have called numerous times and been told order is canceled ..then its not . Newegg passes buck to seller then QuadPay who then points another finger another way . TODAY, Im told I cant be refunded until I receive the product . However I NEVER RECEIVED IT BEFORE I CANCELED IT. It still hasnt appeared on my doorstep for someone to claim thats why I havent been refunded. As if all of this isnt enough .. no one will guarantee me my card wont be charged again for product canceled/never received. Still trying to charge my card! User's recommendation: Do not use Newegg or QuadPay.
