I purchased this item on Dec. 28, 2020 Order # THAN 00072213 The right red wheel on the machine keeps coming loose, causing the pedal to loosen as well, and I dont know how to repair it. Your web site wont allow me to sign up and register this product, thus Im forced to take this route. Please advise how to proceed, as it is still under warranty. Thank you for your immediate attention. User's recommendation: I have since figured out how to correct my problem on my own. I did call their customer service numbers, but was told by an automated voice that due to Covid they would not be available to answer questions over the phone,which is a ridiculous excuse. I was finally able to sign on to their website, but it didn’t give me direct access to a representative either. As I said, I figured out how to fix the issue. Finally, I find their customer service to be less than satisfactory.
