On June 23/2020 We bought four tickets round trip Miami-Pereira (Colombia)-Miami Booking Code W6PO7X, to fly on December 20/2020 and back January 16/2021. On November 12/2020 We got a message about some hours change in our trip and requested us to pay un additional charge of US $165,16; We did it afraid of possible difficulties to take the fly, however on December 3/2020 I file a claim calling 1-80*-722-**** I was attended by Mrs. Sofia Monje who gave me the Case Number of the subject. Until today we have no response about the refund because we don't request any change in our fly and the company said us due de pandemic some changes were made without additional cost.
