Sent a parcel to my daughter in Germany on a 2-day service. 2 weeks later no sign. Asked for help told it was due to Brexit the delay, then it was COVID-19, then I got escalated as the parcel "disappeared", 4 months on still the parcel isn't delivered, hasn't been returned and the specialists are useless. Pay the extra and send it with someone else. Sadly you can't give NO stars User's recommendation: NEVER USE THESE JOKERS.
