I owed 3400 and I had to come up with 2500 to get my car back .... the month prior was told, u are safe mam and 24 days later my car was gone no letter no warning only reassured sue to loss of job COVID when I can start payments call ..ha! Called when I thought car was stolen and talked down by a rep that said wait 48 hrs then we will let We will u know , currently Im in chapter 13 home and car excluded (2016) became sickly and I get the min of a check 536 before medical 427 a month after loss of job and knowing this they took my car and nothing less then 2500 to get back and now no one will take a payment User's recommendation: Don’t use they don’t care about anyone.
