In the fall of 2019, I had my new vehicles oil changed at a Nissan dealership in Ottawa (Ontario). When I received the car I found boot prints on the seat and drivers side door with dirt. I emailed the service department making a complainant, it took several days for them to respond at which time I decided to stop going to that dealership. User's recommendation: avoid nissan dealership in Ottawas east end.
