Not worth it
*SOLVED

I started using smile direct club in November 2020 and was supposed to be done by April 2021. I have had 4 sets of aligners sent to me and been put through a loop of lets send more a different set or let me send you another impression kit which each time they have not fit or been very uncomfortable. Ive talked with the company several times and now they want to do another set of impressions which to get the aligners it takes almost a month. Finally I called as I had just received my 4th set which shocker did not fit. I asked for my money back and to be done with this and that Id be glad to send all of their stuff back. They said it would be a 5-6 business day deal to just CANCEL the thing that wasnt even for a refund. I would then have to wait 2 business days to talk with a supervisor about getting a refund. They did offer a $150 convincing fee which wouldnt even compensate half of what I have paid for something that cant even be used. This is a horrible company and I would say if you want to straighten your teeth go the traditional route with braces. These people are idiots and pretty sure you dont even talk to someone in the us. User's recommendation: Don’t waste your money or time.
