Our Freeflow mini hot tub was the ideal product for us and when it’s operational it works well and is affordable. It’s been a repair nightmare from the start though. Bought hot tub in February 2019, followed directions and powered up but touch pad control panel was defective. Repair tech was great and replaced it quickly and we had no problem until before Thanksgiving 2019 when the hot tub stopped working all together. Tech had appointment 1st week in December which company cancelled and tech came out December 11th and said the power cord was bad. Tech installed new power cord in mid December but the hot tub still didn’t work, tech said it was a bad control box inside the hot tub. Waited again while new control box was sent and tech installed it on January 2nd. This control box was defective and a second control box was installed on January 9th. Finally we have an operational hot tub, after the Holidays are all over, the company can feel free to contact us about this but while they did eventually succeed in repairing it we certainly won’t be in a hurry to recommend this product or company until we do hear from them.
