Not receiving my shipment at all

Ordered 2 for one Sept 6 2 blockers 2 Fat burners Blockers received Sept 16 but no Fat Burners. After 2 weeks Nicole said they were on back order . she goes between saying they were sent to saying back order! Her emails do not say she has shipped the rest of my order. Please send my Fat blockers ASAP o have waited way too toI long. Send me something so I may have the option to cancel or know if it has been shipped. Leslie
