NOT PAYING THEIR TRADES

February 6, 2012 . One of their location in Toronto (318 Queen Street West) had a broken herculite door and the store manager Karrie Ferris called to get an estimate which we happily gave. Couple of hours later she called and gave us the authorization to do the repairs and to make a temporary door while the new door is being ordered. 2 weeks later we went out and replaced the door and was promised that "head Office" will courier the payment within 3 days this is around February 14 up to this date we have not receive any payment and have been calling and leaving messages and if we do get to talk to their "Finance Director" Patrick Brockbank who is holding the payment for his own personal reasons, He will just say the usual answer of "we will mail it soon". Just for the record the store manager Karrie Ferris and the district manager Fernanda Delima was very happy with our service and have no problem with the work. The only problem is their title do not mean anything since they can't make their superior pay. So fellow trades people and vendors BEWARE.
