Once we signed up it took weeks to get a hold of someone that reluctantly wants to talk about what they signed us up for. Next our MC account was fraudulently over charged by Canadian Business Publishers by over $3000 and would have keep deducting if I hadn't cancelled my card to prevent a 699.00 charge every few days. They said they would have a consultant work with us to find the right department and possibly to help secure a grant. So far we've left messages without any return message, we are still waiting. They dont allow the so called consultant to contact us by email since were not always available by phone. Or at least leave a message so we know they actually called. Its really like they dont want to talk to us?? I would stay away from this company at this point although im still hoping for some satisfaction?
