I contacted a new Molina agent and they refuse to give me the honored price that was on the recorded initial phone call when it was placed on hold for 48 hours I was forced to take a higher rate which wouldve become much more higher and the following days I feel this is so unfair and the way I was treated by the agent Laura who I gave you her extension and her name I feel I need to be compensated for the amount of stress aggravation time and disappointment this is the first time anyone is reached back to me
