If you are hesitant, they are 100% a real company and not a scam. Its a time to be patient! I placed an order with them on 3/23 ($125 worth of dip powder and essentials) and it shipped 3/25. Pros: the dip is pretty good for not being salon brand name powder. They have pretty good customer service. I was missing something part of a set I ordered and they offered to refund 50% of the amount for the set for the missing item. It took a few people to finally get me my refund but it got to me eventually. Cons: The dip doesnt last as long (normally 3 weeks when I go to a salon) but thats given since were all amateurs trying to do our nails lol. But BIGGEST con would be that the colors I got DO NOT MATCH any of the colors on the picture they are supposed to. I got the Lucky Girl set and the only one thats right is the glitter (cause its hard to mess up glitter) All the other colors were not as expected, and that was disappointing. Despite that, I placed 1 more order of a few different colors to see if the individual jars are any different. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I am now waiting on that order. User's recommendation: Be patient.
