Customer service no longer exists. You get caught in the loop of no person at the business, they do not answer phone calls nor can you leave a phone message. They force you to send them an email; they do not respond to you though they say a representative will get in touch -- never happens -- and then they will send an autogenerated email every couple of days that says your order is on hold because YOU, the customer, have not contacted Fatheads. What??!! I've done business with them for over 10 years. This company is worthless now in just a matter of months.
