No reply to email on refund for cancelled flight

Please note that return for Detty Mathew on 10 Aug 2019 was cancelled due to no flight take off from Cochin. I had contacted your customer service number in Aug19 and the agent informed me I will get the refund for the same. I have not yet received the refund for cancelled flight. Booking Reference: NMKCCC Ticket Number: 607213****425 Flight date: 10Aug19 From: Cochin Airport, Kochi, India To: Abu Dhabi Airport,Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
