No refund no credit

I bought 3 tickets to travel before covid time. With covid, we couldnt travel because of country restrictions. We spent around 410 euros and they sent me an email that they will not refund nor issue a credit. I called them internationally as they dont have customer service free phone. So I already spent another 150 euros in phone calls. Im soooooo frustrated and disappointed at Vueling. I will not give up. Please if somebody knows a direct way to sue them, I would really appreciate. Thank you. Luisa User's recommendation: Avoid completely Vueling. The worst airline.
