Furious with the service of the Gym Group.I have requested a refund with the 14 day cooling-off period but have had had no reply or refund despite e-mailing the following addressees: support@***.freshdesk.com hello@***.com membership@***.com> As well as even talking to to a customer service adviser on their online chat service who said they would process the refund request: I had now been 12 days with no action. User's recommendation: Avoid them at all costs.
