Been trying to get a hold of these guys for about 2 weeks since my account has been suspended. They fined me $150 which I am willing to pay thru my available balance. My ticket number is #766406 and up until now there's no resolution to this ticket - I already affirmed and told them I will not solicit offsite trades again (which has the cause of my suspension) but it seems like they really do not want to re-activate my account.
