I ordered NeckRelax was charged on my cc but have not had a confirmation or receipt or any documentation other than an order # I was contacted after going thru you but not satisfactory. I have again emailed them so will see what happens. I feel I have been taken and wont see anything for my money other than an order # User's recommendation: Dont buy anything that is an ad I wasnt paying attention when I ordered never again.
