No one answers email. Phone calls are dropped.

I am a frequent customer of Bluemercury. I recently.bought over $400.00 of.products which promised me a gift bag and #4 $20.00 Gift Cards as promised in a promotion. I received my order but no cards and no gift bag. I have tried contacting by way of email 2x. And by calling corporate for an answer my calls are dropped. I am very angry with this customer service and know that my items are available elsewhere for the future. Shari Shryock Order # 119**** User's recommendation: Don't buy online.
