I have been in contact with someone regarding a refund and still haven't received a credit nor a refund. I have been speaking with someone and they stated that they would give me a credit because I never received the merchandise. I spoke with several representative and they stated that they would give me a credit toward my new purchase and I have not yet received the refund or credit. I have waited months and still no reply, do I need to speak with someone higher or get legal authorities involved?
