No help customer service

Purchased a 20oz French press mug, and little rubber stopper came out, got lost. Short story: 3 email, 2 web forms, 2 calls, and still no part or help. Only person I spoke with ask for information on bottom of mug. I could read PN, but not the manufacture date. They would not drop it. I am old and do not have good sight.
