No handicap service. Denied flight

No one at ticket counter an hour and 5 minutes before departure. No one to provide wheelchair assistance even though itinerary says it is needed. Airline said they would not let me board. Left me downstairs. Waited 40 minutes for someone to come and change my flight. No one came. Oh, tried chat support - not available. Called and waited 3+ hours for a representative. It hung up on me. Never using this airline again. User's recommendation: Use a different airline.
