No good customer service

I purchased a 1700 recliner. Did not pay the 149 delivery option just paid the 50 dollar delivery, where they drop off on porch. The chair broke in 1 week. Warranty guy came out said nothing to be fixed you need new chair. Now if I want new chair I need to bring it back my self for exchange. This is their fault they sold me a lemon now they won't give the dignity to bring me a new chair and cover the delivery. I said then I'll return it. They said "no" its past 15 days. Problem the warranty guy was set to come out 15 days later not my fault. ..I'm furious I will never ever do business. User's recommendation: Customer service sucks.
