My friend in the hospital never got her flowers. When I checked with them all they could say was if they were delivered. So I checked with the hospital and they could not confirm. So I called back to Just flowers to get the local flower shop Number in order to verify delivery. They absolutely would not provide the number. I called their 800 number several times and the static was so horrible there's no way you could have a conversation. I will never use this company again. It's a joke. User's recommendation: Don't use.
